IGOR, WHERE IS IGOR
IGOR, WHERE IS IGOR
Written and Directed by Louisiana Mees Fongang

– In production –
Igor drifts through an unnamed city, a presence both fragile and unsettling. He asks for nothing but a cellphone charger, as if that single object might restore his place in the world. Yet the request reveals more than it conceals: our dependence on digital lifelines, our hunger for constant connection, and the quiet erosion of connection with ourselves and our own bodies.
Is Igor a lost tourist, cut off from signal? A restless mind circling through urban shadows? Or a ghost, already untethered, reminding us of the thin wire between presence and absence? Igor becomes a mirror of our time, a parable of dislocation in the age of permanent connectivity.
