DESIRE OF THE MYRIAD

A group of women perform a mourning ritual in a burned forest. Although the blackened trees are enveloped by ash, the deepest of their roots touch traces of life underground. Beneath the scorched earth, the mycelium pulses: a hidden fungal network that holds the promise of renewal. Through lamentations and rhythmic movements, the women call for rebirth, restoring the cycle in which life and death are inextricably intertwined.
